  • Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

• Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept any exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or defective.  All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 5 days of receiving your shipment.

We do not accept any exchanges or return due to incorrect sizing, please measure your pets!  We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to you and you will receive the same size and product. You must contact our office for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in order to return any damaged product. Please note that any package arriving without RMA # will be refused and returned to you.
